ATTENTION GOLDEN GIRLS!

* Golden Girls are going to Nationals in 2012! That’s right, mark your calendars for the 3rd week of July. The Golden Girls will be travelling to Notre Dame University (South Bend, Indiana) to watch and participate in the 2012 America’s Youth on Parade (AYOP) National Baton Twirling Championships. We will enter a couple of our dance twirl routines, all soloists will compete with their solos, and all other Golden Girls are encouraged to attend to watch some of the very best twirling in the world! Basically the Olympics of twirling, and very inspirational to all. Cost is affordable (can either drive or fly), and Notre Dame is a beautiful campus to explore. Exact dates TBA, but always the 3rd week of July. MARK YOUR CALENDAR!!

* THANK YOU SO MUCH to Golden Girl mom Cathy Bowles for all her hard work on getting our Ghostbusters shirts and packs set, in addition to our “Me Ol’ Bamboo” uniforms. We appreciate all your work! Additionally, a big thanks the moms of Ol’ Bamboo who really dug in their heals to get our adorable new outfits ready for the Windsor Harvest Festival show. Way to go team!

* Save your shoes: Since finding the Golden Girl twirling shoes can be tough, please consider donating your used shoes back to the group when you grow out of them. Others can use them after you’re done! Thank you!

* Private lessons prices: Please note that cost of private lessons with Ms. Yvonne is now $26/hour.
